Canada’s Leading Training and Professional Development Organization Presents at the ProjectWorld and BusinessAnalystWorld Toronto 2011 Conference

Canadian Management Centre, Canada’s leading training and professional development organization, is proud to present at the leading conference for professional project managers and business analysts. The ProjectWorld and BusinessAnalystWorld Toronto 2011 conference takes place May 16-19 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, with approximately 1,200 delegates from the GTA and Southern Ontario region expected to attend.
Canadian Management Centre supports this Toronto event that focuses on relevant topics and issues affecting current businesses, as they relate to project management and business analysis. The conference offers professionals the resources needed to establish clearly defined projects and execute them accurately, enabling them to make appropriate decisions at every level in the organization, as well as increase professional success.
The symposium session entitled Understanding the Pitfalls of Project Initiation was presented on the first day of the conference by Robert Smith and Reginald Scotland, of R2 Project Mentoring, on behalf of Canadian Management Centre. The presentation focused on the potential difficulties in project initiation and how to manage them to achieve project excellence. Participants looked forward to improving their project management skills by learning practical tips and techniques that they could apply to projects from beginning to completion.
In addition to symposium track sessions, comprehensive one and two day interactive workshops conducted by professional trainers are also available during the conference. These project management and business analysis workshops require pre-registration, as seating is limited, and include communications training, change management training, and time management training, among other training topics.
Keynote speakers, roundtable discussions, and networking events complete the four full days of professional development for a growing sector of the job market; with around 40 exhibitors – including Canadian Management Centre – showcasing the latest in resources, products, technology, tools and training that support this thriving profession.
